Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday via UPS or USPS depending on the shipping address and the various materials ordered.

US Shipments:  Standard Shipping / UPS Ground (Street Address) / United States Postal Service (PO Box, APO, FPO)

Canadian Shipments: Standard Shipping Only / United States Postal Service (PO Box, APO, FPO)

Overseas Shipments: Standard Shipping / United States Postal Service Priority Mail International (Street Address or PO Box)

If there is a question about your order, you should hear from us within 48 hours of the day your order was first processed. To contact customer fulfillment, please provide the name on the order along with your order number in your email to storeorders@lindal.com.

Processing Time: We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 2 days; Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. These shipping times may adjust 24-48 hours due to holiday schedules.

International Shipping

For sales outside the U.S. we ship our books via USPS Priority Mail. To contact our customer fulfillment department, please provide the order number and the name on the order in your email to storeorders@lindal.com.

Return Policy

Refunds offered on materials returned in original condition within 30 days of placing an order (shipping costs not refundable).
